Finalmente ho le coppie sulla libreria - Finally I have my couples on the bookshelf

"ohh...ma dove eri finita? " direte voi. :-) scusate, non ho avuto neanche modo di poter fare un salto a salutare e darvi un abbraccio virtuale, sono stata veramente molto impegnata e oltre a tutto il lavoro che comunque fino a oltre metà Ottobre mi terrà occupatissima, ho avuto anche la brillante idea di rinnovare il look del mio ufficio...:-P ma sarò fuori di testa?

Quindi ho documenti, fogli, foto, cataloghi, libri, riviste, mobili ancora da montare e cose che non mi ricordavo neanche di avere..tutte in mezzo! Un guazzabuglio medievale è dir poco! Ma visto che i fogli iniziano ad essere veramente troppi, mi sono decisa a comprare una libreria in più e a riorganizzare tutta la stanza in modo più funzionale.

:-D certo che poi io abbia avuto esperienze fuori dal normale anche all'Ikea era quasi scontato!

Signora biondona vicino a me "secondo questa Billy è resistente?"

Io "....."

Biondona " allora?"

Io "eh?"

Biondona "sarà resistente o no?"

Io" oh scusi..sì certo che sono resistenti..io ho sistemato tutte le mie coppie sopra!.."

Biondona "...eh???"

Io " :-D eh.. e sono tante sa? tutte in ordine alfabetico"

Biondona "ehh..uhmm..me lo immagino.." allontanadosi lentamente pensando fossi matta

Io " noo..ma cosa ha capito?..io veramente .."

Biondona " no no ..non si preoccupi (continuando ad allontanarsi) ognuno è libero di fare quello che vuole nella vita.."

Io " ehhh? nooo ma..intendo dire.."

Biondona "..ma la ringrazio comunque!.." ...andata.

Ma cosa ha capito? ..mica penserà che ho disposto sulla libreria tutta una serie di persone in fila in ordine alfabetico?...:-D ah così me li sceglo a seconda della giornata per fare due chiacchere?..ma guarda tu la gente.

Se mi facessero finire di parlare, capirebbero che sono solo un po' rinco ..non una pazza furiosa!

:-D vabbè dai un pochino solamente!

Allora, come state dolcissimi miei? Spero bene! Io non solo sto continuando con le coppiette (bagnate e infreddolite all'inverosimile uff) , ma sto anche organizzando tutte le varie novità che spero di poter realizzare durante il 2009: quindi ci mettiamo sfilate per stilisti emergenti del settore sposa inteso non solo abiti ma anche intimo e vaggio di nozze, addii al nubilato e celibato e ovviamente bridal shower ..a base di cioccolata..e ;-) vi dirò in seguito cosa vuol dire, il tutto con l'aiuto di tanti bravissimi e unici professionisti come il "mio" bravissimo sommelier che mi aiuterà ad realizzare alcuni progetti ai quali tengo molto e lui ne è parte quasi fondamentale ..e poi ..tante cose e tante idee anche per il blog.

Con calma questo inverno, se avete pazienza e curiosità, vi svelerò le mie idee, aiuterò un po' qualche coppietta in difficoltà con qualche "simulazione" virtuale (e poi vi spiegherò anche questa :-) ) e non per ultimo vi coinvolgerò in un progetto..:-D sì sì proprio voi..ma tutto con calma!

Ora vi voglio far vedere dei piccoli meravigliosi capolavori fatti a crochet da una stupenda signora californiana di nome Norma Lynn Hood e dico stupenda signora perchè queste "creature" Norma le vende sì..ma per beneficenza..avete capito bene! Il ricavato delle vendite è suddiviso tra varie opere di beneficenza.

Sono oggetti bellissimi che sicuramente sarebbero delle bomboniere veramente deliziose e fatte con il cuore e per nobili scopi...meglio di così...

Finally I have my couples on the bookshelf!



"ohh..where have you been?" you may ask me now, :-) I beg your pardon but I haven't had enough time to come here and send even a small virtual hug to everyone, I'm soooo busy right now and 'till mid October I will still be very busy with all my sweet couples, but guess what?..even if I'm so full of work, I've decided to it was time to give a new look to my office..can I be more crazy?

So now I have tons of papers, mags, books, brochures, documents and bookshelf to build just right in the center of the room and it's such a mess! But I had to but a new bookshelf cause I begin to have too many papers and mags and books and my old forniture wasn't enough anymore, so now I' re-organizing my office I hope in a more functional way!

:-D telling you that I had another of my strange conversation even at Ikea store..it's simply obvious!

Blond charming woman right beside me asking me " do you think this Billy is strong enough?"

Me "..."

Blondie "so?"

Me "..pardon?"

Blondie "do you think it's strong or not?"

Me "ohh.yes sorry..of course it's strong!..just think that I have all my sweet couples on that bookshelf at home!"

Blondie "..uhmm?."

Me ":-D yes..and they are also heavy believe me! all in alphabetical order! :-D"

Blondie "oh yes..I can imagine.." walking away from me maybe ..no not maybe..surely thinking that I'm mad

Me "noo..what have you understood?..I..."

Blondie " don't worry..everyone is free to do what he/she likes in life..." continuing to walk away

Me "noo..I just wanted to say.."

Blondie " thank you anyway.."....gone.

What had she understood? Maybe she thinks now that I have several persons on my bookshelf in alphabetical order..:-D so that I can choose one of them to talk to depending on the day!..bahh..

If only they let me finish to talk..they'll understand that I'm not that mad..only just a little bit complicated :-P

Well! how are you sweeties? I hope good! I'm not only continuing with my couples (wet and cold to the maximum these days! ), but I also working to some projects that I wish to realize for my 2009 "collection" ;-) : so..some fashion shows for new stilists of the wedding world meaning not only bride and groom collection but also lingerie for brides and collections for the honeymoon (if you can keep something on ;-) ) , bridal shower and parties for bride and groom - to -be ..based on chocolate.. ;-) and I'll tell you what I mean soon, everything with the essential collaboration of fantastic professionists as "my" super fantastic sommelier (and he knows why "my" ) who will help me realizing some projects really important for me and where he is almost the most important part.

And then some ideas for the blog..I'll help some couples organizing their wedding teaching with some "virtual" simulation (I'll explain soon also this thing) and last but not least I'll involve everyone of you in a little project...:-D yes yes you..everything at the right time ;-)

The income of the sellings is dived among some charity organizations! They are fantastic subjects and they can really become superb favors for a wedding done with the heart for great purposes...better than this..

Un matrimonio "infuocato" - A "burning" wedding

Pensavate fossi sparita? :-) no no..sono qui che corro da un ufficio ad un altro.
Lo dicevo giusto qualche giorno fa con Anja, l'Europa non è unita per niente. Altro che unione di nazioni, qui se penso a tutti i documenti , le traduzioni, le legalizzazioni che un europeo qualsiasi deve fare per sposarsi in Italia, mi viene proprio da ridere quando sento poi parlare di "Europa". Per me "Europa" è ancora solo un continente, per il resto siamo ancora molto lontani dal concetto di unità che avevamo tutti in mente.
I documenti per un inglese sono tanti quanti quelli di un americano (non gli stessi ma quasi), idem per un croato o per uno spagnolo. Mah..io so solo che le cose, almeno per il fronte matrimoni, non sono per niente semplici come si pensa.
Bah..sfogo a parte, che ogni tanto devo proprio fare, soprattutto quando vi escono i documenti e i certificati di nascita anche dagli occhi :-), oggi volevo farvi vedere un paio di idee per un matrimonio diciamo..davvero..:-)infuocato!
Saprete bene che in Cina il colore rosso è il colore ufficiale delle spose che vestono in modo tradizionale..è parlo di tradizionale perchè , aggiungo anche purtroppo, anche in Cina il matrimonio "all'occidentale" sta diventando di gran moda e quindi si vedono sempre più spose in bianco che in rosso..ahimè!
Il rosso è un colore facile e difficile. :-D no non sono rincretinita..solo che il rosso è, per esperienza, il primo colore che le sposine scelgono quando vogliono osare quacosa di più "strano", per poi optare per altro colori più tenui come il rosa, l'azzurro o adirittura il lillà. Quindi..facile da pensare..ma difficile da decidere!
Eppure io lo trovo così adatto all'amore, un amore che brucia, un amore che sconvolge..proprio come il rosso. Certo il rosso è in generale conosciuto come il colore dell'amore, ma molti (e io per prima non lo sapevo) lo connettono al diavolo, a cose vietate e negative...pensate ai semafori dove il rosso è segno di stop o nei cartelli stradali dove il rosso è sempre un divieto o un pericolo. Se poi tornate indietro ai banchi di scuola , vi ricorderete che il rosso..:-( ahimè era segno di errore.
Quindi si può affermare che molte persone , inconsciamente, si sentono in pericolo e in angoscia davanti al rosso e sentono quel senso di divieto e di negatività che li spinge a scegliere altri colori per il loro giorno più bello.
Vi ho sempre detto quanto è importante che per il vostro matrimonio scegliate qualcosa che vi piaccia veramente e questo lo potete fare solo ed esclusivamente se libererete la mente dai preconcetti e dai pregiudizi e farete finalmente la vostra scelta con animo libero e leggero.
Beh..cosa posso fare per convincervi se non farvi vedere alcune idee strepitose per un matrimonio davvero di fuego! :-D

A "burning" wedding"

Were you thinking that I had disappeared? :-) no I'm here running from an office to another.I was talking about this with Anja just a couple of days ago. Europe is not united at all. There is not an union of states, if I think about all the documents that an european person should produce to get married in Italy , I just start to laugh. When I hear talking about Europe united on television and they are so sure and confident about this..they should try to organize a wedding for an english couple. Then ..maybe they'll understand!
The documents for an english citizen are almost the same as for an american citizen which is quite funny if you think that Uk is in Europe. For me "Europe" is still a continent and nothing more. That's it.
Well..:-) now that I've complained a little bit I'm feeling better now ;-), all these documents and birth certificates are really coming out from my eyes!
Today I wish to let you see a couple of ideas for a "burning" wedding! As you probably already know, red is the official wedding colour for the chinese traditional brides..and I'm saying "traditional" as ..adding "unfortunately"..also in China the western style wedding is increasing and brides are wearing the white dress.
Red is an easy and a difficult colour. :-D no no I'm not mad..red is usually, for experience, the first colour chose from a bride who wish to do something particular and wish to dare, but everything the same bride finally choose a softner colour as pink, violet or light blue. So red is easy to think..but really difficult to choose!
I find red so perfect for a wedding as it's the colour of love and passion, a love that burns, a love that twists everything..just red does.
Of course in general red is known to be the colour of love, but someone (and I didn't know this since I've begun this job)connets red with a danger or something wrong..just think of the colour that is generally given to devil, the traffic red light which means you have to stop, a traffic sign where red is always a sign of danger or prohibition..or if you go back to school period , red was always a sign of mistakes on your homeworks. So it's easy to understand how many people are unconsciously frightened by this colour which means only a danger or a prohibition or a negativity for them and for that reason these persons will never choose red for something so happy as a wedding!
I've always told you to decide and to dare for your special day, but to do this you have to leave all the negativities behind to choose with a free and easy mind and soul.
now what can I do to convince you that red is not that bad at all ;-), maybe showing you some fantastic ideas?

Nozze "Ducali" - The "Ducal" weddings

Eccomi..dopo giorni che cerco di dare un tono a questa casa, giro per uffici e ambasciate e tanto altro...finalmente mi siedo un attimo per scrivere su questo blog altrimenti qualcuno pensa che vi ho abbandonato. Mai e poi mai!
Allora..come state pulcini miei? Tutto bene? Spero proprio di sì!
Cosa dire delle mie vacanze/lavoro? Beh..sono state rilassanti e impegnative allo stesso tempo, ho avuto modo di riflettere e di prendere con calma alcune decisioni che ultimamente cercavo di evitare più che altro per mancanza di tempo. Ma finalmente ho fatto un po' di "ordine" nella testa..;-) e ce ne vuole con il caos che mi ritrovo!..e ricomincio da questa nuova stagione con un po' di energie in più e con idee nuove che piano piano svilupperò. Prima di tutto la Sardegna..la mia Sardegna non è quella che siete abituati a vedere nei reportage di Lucignolo o nei film ..la mia Sardegna è quella dei piccoli paesini dove vive gente allegra e di cuore, dove vivono ancora tutte le tradizioni antiche sarde, dove il tempo scorre in modo lento e calmo, dove forse manca lavoro ci sono pochi soldi, ma c'è serenità.
Giornate scandite dalle campanelle delle pecore in lontananza, colline a perdita d'occhio gialle di grano appena tagliato, un vero caseificio dove il profumo di formaggio ti inebria appena entri, un amico che ti regala un po' di maialetto e il mirto che cresce in giardino. E tanta brava gente che parla una lingua difficile e che rimane impressionata sorridendo quando capiscono che ormai dopo 10 anni anche tu la parli e capisci la loro "lingua"...proprio tu "una continentale" che parla sardo..o almeno campidanese che è il dialetto della zona del nostro paesino. Già... una grande soddisfazione.
Ma ho lavorato anche molto per poter organizzare al meglio questo piccolo paesino per prepararlo a lavorare con gli stranieri. Avevo paura di trovare ostacoli con una popolazione dichiaratamente un po' chiusa, ma forse perchè ormai mi conoscono , forse perchè sono ottimisti come me, si sono lasciati trasportare, e presto nascerà ufficialmente il matrimonio del "Ducato" in costume tipico sardo.
Presto vi svelerò tutti i dettagli, o meglio quando anche io li avrò studiati alla perfezione, però sarà un bel tipo di matrimonio con tanti colori, bei costumi tradizionali,tanta musica balli e tanto cibo :-D! Ci sono già coppie soprattutto olandesi e irlandesi interessate a celebrare il matrimonio in questo pezzo di Sardegna sconosciuto , ma secondo me comunque bellissimo.
Ma ora è tempo che vi sveli il paesino: un piccolissimo puntino nella cartina chiamato Mandas.
In un tempo antico Mandas era un Ducato e governava su tutti il territorio del pieno campidano quindi proprio il centro della regione. Era anche un Ducato importante governato dagli spagnoli ed è tutt'ora un punto di passaggio molto importante, nonchè punto di partenza per il trenino verde che è un piccolo treno con locomotiva che porta per lo più stranieri da Mandas ad Arbatax sul mare.
Ci tengo a questo progetto non tanto per il mio lavoro tanto per tutta la gente che verrà coinvolta e che (speriando nella fortuna :-) ) si merita tutta la gratificazione di questo mondo!
Beh dai..ora che vi ho annoiato con questo mini progettino posso ripartire con i post che tanto mi piacciono! quindi a presto con i colori di un matrimonio :-D!! bacioni e grazie a tutti quelli che mi hanno scritto..con calma rispondo a tutti..e sapete che lo faccio ;-)!



The "Ducal" wedding


Here I am..after days spent trying to rearrange this home and give it a look of a normal house, lot of work to prepare and much more..finally I'm sitting at my desk to update this blog otherwise someone can think that I'm leaving it all alone :-) poor dear! Never!
Well...how are you my dears? Everything ok? I do really hope so!
What to say about my holidays?...well..relaxing but busy at the same time, I had enough time to think about my life, to take decisions that in the last period I was avoiding carefully mostly for lack of time, and in general I had time to tidy up in my mind..;-) which is not an easy job with all the mess I have inside...and I begin this new season with a little more energy and some new ideas that slowly I would like to realize. First of all Sardinia..my Sardinia is not the one you are used to know through television and mags..my Sardinia is the one made of little villages where joyfull and lovely people live, where all the traditions are still alive and time passes by slowly and calmly, maybe where there is not work and not enough money but it's for sure a peacefull place.
Days beated by the little bells of the sheeps in the country that surrounds you, hills yellow of wheat just cutted, a true dary firm where the good smell of cheese inebriates you the moment you step in, a friend that presents you with a little pork and the myrtle plant that grows in the garden. And lots of good persons that speak a different language and still after 10 years get surprised if I understand them and talk their language ..which is really difficult by the way.
But I even worked a lot to organize this little village at the best to prepare it to the arrival of the turist and foreigners weddings. I was scared to find obstacles with this well know closed comunity but , maybe because they know me since ages or maybe because they are optimistic as me, they all welcomed my ideas with a smile, so soon there will be the ufficial birth of the "Ducal weddings" in typical sardinian costumes.
Soon I'll reveal you all the detail..as soon as I organize everything perfectly...but I can anticipate you that it will be a real fun and interesting kind of wedding full of coloured costumes, full of music and typical dances and lots of food :-D! I've already have some couples interested in getting married in Sardinia , expecially dutch and irish couples, I really hope that it will work someway.
But now it's time to reveal the litlle village : it's a tiny spot on the map in the middle of Sardinia and it's called Mandas.
In time past Mandas was a dukedom very important in the region and was held by spanish dukes. It controlled all the surrounind country and villages and it's still now a point of departure of the "trenino verde" which is a little locomotive train that brings expecially turist from Mandas to Arbatx on the east coast.
I'm really working a lot on this project not only for my job or my professional satisfaction, but expecially for all the persons that will ...lukly..get involved. They deserve all the best!

Sono tornata ! - I'm back!

BACIONEEEEEE!!! :-D a tutti!!!!!

Finalmente sono tornata! Dopo giorni senza tutti i miei carissimo blogger mi sentivo persa e mi siete mancati tutti enormemente dal primo all'ultimo.

Ringrazio tutti per i messaggi e le email che mi avete mandato...mi sono commossa :-)

Purtroppo non avevo la possibilità di rispondere visto che avevo la connessione internet molto scarsa e traballante quindi ho "dovuto" relegare le poche ore di internet solo alle email di lavoro, ma vi ho pensato tanto e non vedevo l'ora di tornare anche solo per "parlare" con voi!

Diciamo che è stato un mese strano: tra lavoro positivo, relax in casa, torte è stato un mese abbastanza buono per molti aspetti. Ho molte idee nuove e nuove energie per continuare la mia missione :-)

Ora...datemi qualche giorno per rimettere in sesto tutta questo casino che ho in casa e poi arrivo da tutti a darvi bacioni enormi e abbraccioni ancora più enormi! E ovviamente in settimana si riparte con i post "seri" :-P.

At least I'm back! After days spent without my beloved bloggers I was beginning to feel lost and I've missed you so much from the first to the last! Believe me!

Thank you so much for all the messages and email that you have sent me these last days, I had many problems with my intenet connection that was so poor so I "had" to save all my internet time for job mails! But I've read all your messages and all I can say is thanks...I got moved!

Let's say that this August was a strange month: so full of job, of cakes and relax at home. Actually a good month. I have new ideas and new energies to continue my mission :-)

Now..just give some days to rearrange this messy home that I have and I'll be back to all one to one and obviously during this week I'll re-start with new serious post :-P
